Our items are hand-made, so they require a few days to be processed before dispatch. Please allow:

• 1–3 business days for processing of gift box orders.
• 2–3 business days for processing of bouquet orders.

Once dispatched, the shipping time applies. This means that the total time before your order is delivered = processing time + delivery time.

Shipping Restrictions:

Due to postal size restraints, we are unable to offer shipping for the following items:

• 100 Premium (Freedom) Red Roses.

We offer shipping for:

• 100 Classic (Ribbon) Red Roses.
• 100 Pink Rose Bouquet.
• 50 or fewer roses of Premium (Freedom) and Grand (Naomi) rose bouquets.

Our rose bouquet is available for local delivery and local collection. We are based in Nunhead, London (SE15).

The calendar at checkout has available dates for delivery as well as collection.

Deliveries are made up until 21:00. If you require your order to be delivered by a certain time please add a note at checkout and we will make every effort to meet this delivery time frame.

1. Give the stems a fresh cut—about 2.5cm at an angle—so they can drink up!
2. Pop them into clean water and find them a chill spot away from heat, sunlight, and any pesky draughts.
3. Keep an eye on them! Pluck out any fading blooms to let the stars of the show shine.
4. Refresh their water every other day and give the stems a little snip to keep them happy.

With a bit of love, your flowers will stay vibrant for as long as possible!

Yes! If you'd like to make any changes such as addition of bank notes, chocolates etc, please drop us a message on instagram and we would be happy to assist in adding these changes to your order.
