Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bouquet Corner.

 

Our items are hand-made so need a few days to be processed before dispatch. Please allow 1-3 business days* for processing of gift box orders and 2-3 business days* for processing of bouquet orders. Once dispatched, the shipping time applies. This means that the total time before your order is delivered = processing time + delivery times.

During busy periods, processing of orders may take an additional day or two so please refer to our website banner for the most up-to-date processing times.

*business days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and other national holidays) 

 

Fresh Flower Delivery

Nationwide postal delivery for fresh bouquets is temporarily paused.
London delivery and collection are still available while we prepare new packaging for our rebrand.

Returns

 

Please get in touch using our store contact form or message us on Instagram @bouquetcorneruk if you have any issues with your order and we’d be happy to help.

Providing the item is not a customised item (i.e. no photos), items can be returned within 14 days of the date you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Sender is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
