When will my order be ready for dispatch?

Our items are hand-made so need a few days to be processed before dispatch. Please allow 1-3 business days* for processing of gift box orders and 4-5 business days* for processing of bouquet orders. Once dispatched, the shipping time applies. This means that the total time before your order is delivered = processing time + delivery times.

During busy periods, processing of orders may take an additional day or two so please refer to our website banner for the most up-to-date processing times.

*business days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and other national holidays) 

How do I find my tracking number?

Please note that our standard Royal Mail shipping options (i.e. first class & second class) are not tracked services so tracking numbers will unfortunately not be included in your dispatch email. For DPD and Royal Mail Special delivery options, tracking numbers will be included in your dispatch email.

Can I order in another way?

Can I cancel or change my order that I've just placed?

Providing we haven't started processing your order, do drop us a message and we will see what we can do.

I live outside of the UK, can I still order? 

Unfortunately we only ship to the United Kingdom but are hoping to expand in the near future!
